Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently ship within the United States only, using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Once your order leaves us, delivery timing is handled by the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
If available, these will always be clearly shown at checkout or on our site.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
GoYummy can’t be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by address errors entered at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier, GoYummy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and contents.
We’ll review your case and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit.

At this time, GoYummy ships within the United States only.
